Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier (USPS or UPS) and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship using USPS and UPS.
Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Issues
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
