Return & Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.


Incorrect Item or Size Sent


We take great care in packing every order. If you receive:

 


  • The wrong item, or
  • The wrong size (different from what you ordered)

 

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) received. If the error was on our end, we will replace the item at no additional cost.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier (USPS or UPS), we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. These issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

 

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

 

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed or shipped.
